Please note: The Open House house dates for the Stokes Early College High School have changed to February 3rd and 4th (you only need to attend one).
Please see the following message from Mr. Durham for 8th graders provides more information:
With the anticipated low temperatures, I do not see the snow melting very much this week, so we are going to change our Open House dates.
While you are out of school today, you can take some time to complete your application for next year. Even if you are on the fence about whether or not to apply, then I suggest that you apply, find out more about us, come to Shadow Day, and then you can make an informed decision if you are accepted. The priority application deadline is Feb 13. Application Link
Let your parents know about our Open House date change to next week on Tuesday, Feb 3 (Feb 10 inclement weather date) or Wednesday, Feb 4 (Feb 11 inclement weather date). You can choose either one to attend, and remember that if Stokes County Schools doesn't have in-person school on either date, we will offer the Open House on the inclement weather date. We hope that you can attend in person, but if you can't attend either one in person, then join the virtual option on Tuesday. The presentation will also be recorded and posted on our website.
Reach out, if you have questions.
